The Anyiam-Osigwe Group is a Consulting and Management Company founded in 1986 by Chief Emmanuel Onyechere Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe.
The Group manages a matrix of production, sales and service units, all of whose antecedents can be traced to Nuel Enterprises Limited, their parent company founded in 1971. Each of the units is autonomous. Together they are monitored towards achieving efficient utilization of joint resources.
The group applies the synergy of local and international mix that enables the various units to optimize performance and output and benefit from the growing impact of globalization in its various spheres of interest. A Council of Directors presides over the activities of the Group.
The Group retains the services of international strategic consultants, while the experience and expertise of an Advisory Board, composed of accomplished and seasoned business executives and elder statesmen, assist the Group in formulating policies, programmes, and strategies. It has offices in Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Owerri, Ishiagu, Orlu, Nkwere, Warri and Port Harcourt within Nigeria.

The activities of the companies under the group's management spans the following areas of enterprise: Shipping, Petroleum, Mining / Quarrying, Banking, Finance, Insurance and Stock Brokering, Real Estate, Media, Hotel and Leisure, Agriculture, Trading, Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
